what is the correct spelling of downs syndrome? i can't find a consistent answer online. TIA!!

Down Syndrome, although I did read online that in British English they often say "Down's Syndrome."

Actually it's Down syndrome. There is no 's and the "s" in syndrome is lower case.
I just finished writing a paper on it.
