You seriously crack me up! 
I plan on announcing it on christmas! For my in-laws i'm going to get a dual frame and put a picture of their grandson on the left and a picture of the u/s on the right for their other grandchild!

we made a XMas ornament and wrote "grandparents to be" and our expected due date. We gave it to the parents on thanksgiving- we havent told anyone else yet...

I told my parents, little sister & grandma separately....but for the rest of the family we did this:
All my immediate family on my Mom's side were here for Thanksgiving (my aunt, uncles & cousins) and we all gather for a family picture & my sister yelled out "Everyone say M____'s pregnant!!!"
My brothers reaction was priceless! He turned around & was like "For real?" with the funniest quizzicle look on his face!!

we went to lunch for my birthday, dh ordered a cake in the shape of a baby bottle that said " the stork is coming" on it, the waitress brought it to the table when we were done with our meal..it took everyone a second to realize what they were looking at, and then the excitement started

We told our parents on Mothers day.
For my dad I got a frame that said #1 Grandpa and put a picture of a stork with the message Baby --- Arriving December 2007. Took him awhile I think he thought the frame was for a pic of his 3 grandkids not his one to come!
For ILs we got a triple frame and put in one slot a pic of BILs 3, in the next other BILs kids and then the same stork pic in the 3rd hole (DH has 2 brothers that each have 3 kids)
THey understood the sentiment right away

I gave my husband a stuffed baseball rattle....and I gave my mom the book I Already Know I Love You. Its a book written by Billy Crystal for his unborn grandchild.
