Not feeling movement
At what point do you worry? I am 22wks tomorrow. I felt flutters from 14wks - not consistently, but I felt them from time to time. Now I'm almost 22wks and I think there was maybe 1 or 2 times where I could say, "ok that's a kick, not gas". I don't know if I'm just not feeling it, or I'm not realizing what I'm feeling. I thought by now I'd have some obvious movement going on.

Re: Not feeling movement
I am 22 weeks today and I still feel just flutters and tickles, not really kicks yet.
For some reason I am not too concerned, I think because this is my first so I am not really sure what I should be feeling.
One thing I can't wait for is when DH can actually feel or see something. Hopefully in the next few weeks!
I am getting bigger though, LOL.

Re: Not feeling movement
Right, I'm not have a problem with my own growth I think it's a problem with where I feel it too - I did feel stronger kicks a couple of times, but it's just where you would normally feel a gas bubble, so I guess I could be feeling more than I think. I'll feel better at my next Level II (I have another one Thursday) when I get to see where the feet are so I can confirm if I'm crazy!

Re: Not feeling movement
I'm right there with you and I feel what I think is movement/flutters, etc. but not severe kicks or anything. I went for my level 2 last week & saw the baby mving around like crazy & I couldn't feel it at all. I'm sure it's fine and wouldn't worry

Re: Not feeling movement
I didnt feel anything that I was positive was movement until 24 weeks...but after I felt that I realized that what I was feeling before that probably was movement...but I was not sure until abot 24 weeks...even though the doctor said he felt them! Now this baby doesnt stop moving!! I think its so hard to tell with your first.

Re: Not feeling movement
I didn't feel anything where I could say "wow I felt the baby move" until around 23-24 weeks. I have an anterior placenta so that is why I couldn't. If you are worried call your doctor but I'm sure your baby is fine.

Re: Not feeling movement
i had the same thing when i was PG just about that time-i thought i should feel so much more movement than i did! the real moving started later though like 27-35 weeks then slowed down. also, my DD was SO LAZY in the womb! she really hardly ever moved and i got worried all the time. some babies are like that! she still is pretty lazy for a 5 month old!

Re: Not feeling movement
Holy cow... I went through the same thing! Then all of a sudden one day it was like BOOM... she made her presence known and hasn't stopped since then! It's amazing how you worry about so many things already, and they aren't even here yet...
I'm gonna be such a worrywart once she comes out!
