Which do you prefer for outlet shopping
Tanger or Woodbury Commons
If the travel time was not a factor. I'm asking on behalf of a friend coming to NYC next week and wants to go to one or the other, both are about (I think?) the same distance away. So if you have a preference for whatever reason please let me know. thanks!

Tanger....I live 40 min from Woodbury commons and you'd have to PAY ME to go there...the layout it way too confusing, parking is a nightmare anytime of the year and I really dont like any of the stores.
