Do you do all the Christmas shopping by yourself?

Or does your DH help you?

I get no help whatsoever. He can't stand shopping. And as far as wrapping goes, if there is any left to do late Christmas Eve he will help, but he wraps about 1 for every of my 5.

I do it all, but it's kind of voluntary. I don't love shopping, but I'm more likely to get it done quicker.

he does help..... he picks some stuff up online. he HATES shopping... I think that gene must be on the Y chromosome

I do most of it but we do go to the mall 1 day in December to finish up the rest together. I make the list and he goes to sing Christmas songs inside the store or to show me more things he wants.

I do most of it cuz I take advantage of sales and promotions. But DH and I take a day or two and go shopping together for some things.

I'm a better shopper and I do everything online so I do the bulk of it. He is the one who picks up the alcoholic gifts/gift certificates/gift cards. It works out perfectly

Unfortunately DH comes with me. Although i think it would be much more efficient if he'd stay home

ME: And who are you planning on buying THAT for?
DH: No one..just thought it was cool

I do ALL of the Christmas shopping and wrapping MYSELF. Sometimes he will come along but I usually tell him to stay home b/c he hates shopping, has no patience for lines or crowds and only annoys me when he comes.


ETA: If DH did Christmas shopping, are total spending would be in the thousands. I try to do it all for under $1,000.

I do all my shopping online - and myself. I also wrap everything myself.

I used to add everything up and ask FH for half the amount but now that we are getting married I am getting used to considering it "our money" so I will just handle it myself if possible

we do it together. i wrap the gifts. i i know what i got, i even wrap my own gifts. he said my waste the paper if i know what i'm getting

I do alot of the shopping online & when I need to go to the store since I dont drive DH has to take me & does without a problem!!!!

I pretty much do all of it myself. I do drag him out once or twice, just so he doesn't get away with doing none of it!

I do most of it but DH does help out. We do make the trip to ToysRus together.

As for wrapping. I do it all and I don't mind. DH only wraps my gifts... He says he's a horrible wrapper and always prefers I do it.

I love christmas shopping and wrapping gifts. Tomorrow I plan on starting to decorate...

I pretty much do it all myself. The only exception is that if we decide to give Commerce Giftcards to people, he'll go and pick them up at the bank.

I do about 95%. He shops for me and he likes the crazy "shopping experience" he says, which means he goes xmas eve for any last minute gifts. I wish we were already done, I don't like it. We have 10 nephews/nieces.

I do a large portion of it but DH does help. As for the wrapping, I do it all myself.

I do most of it by myself every year. it's just easier that way. every now and then he will tag along and provide input, but he really doesn't care.

I do almost all of it myself, but I don't mind. I love buying gifts!
