asking godfather
we are going to ask my brother to be godfather...any ideas on how to ask?

we are asking my BIL over christmas. Went to things remembered and got a Star silver ornament engraved:

Will you be my Godfather?

The ornament was cheap $6.99 on sale, but the engraving was $27 on top of that I got the same for the godmother, but it's a heart shaped ornament.

I asked my brother to my the Godfather and I also went to things remembered.. instead I got him a Zippo lighter (because he loves them) and had GODFATHER engraved on it. He loved it. I took him out to dinner and when he opened it he got the point!
