eta- I don't think it counts as water intake though. Not 100% sure.

you absolutely can. this may help you out -
many women enjoy vitaminwater during pregnancy. below are some flavors that you may particularly enjoy:
+ multi-v (lemonade) has more key nutrients; vitamins a-zinc
+ essential (orange-orange) has more morning nutrition; vitamin c + calcium
+ formula 50 (grape) has more fuel; 50% daily dose of vitamins (plus folic acid)
+ defense (raspberry-apple) offers more immunity; vitamin c + zinc
+ charge (lemon-lime) has more electrolytes; b vitamins + electrolytes
all ingredients are listed on the bottle, if you have any specific concerns regarding ingredients in vitaminwater we recommend that you speak with your healthcare provider.

it is water. it is full of electrolytes and distlilled. very good to help keep you hydrated.

Good to know! I love Vitamin Water but I was nervous to take it. I didn't know if the vitamins in it were too much in addition to what's in my prenatal.
