For those of you who already....
Had an ultrasound, where the due date they gave.... match your lmp (due date?) Just wondering how it could be off..

mine was off by about 5 days.
My new OB told me that that is often the case, it is usually off by at least 5 or 6 days.
He also told me that as the baby grows, and the larger they get the more genetics take play and the less accurate the date will be. So, he likes to go off of the 1st sonogram. (I thought that was interesting)

mine was off by a week, but my AF cycle is always longer then the norm so just by calculating by my last period and a normal 28 day cycle didn't work

Mine was off my 2 or 3 days. The doctor explained to me that ovulation and fertilization can happen later and it makes the due date later as well.

mine was about a week difference. but my period was irregular.
The due date they gave me off my sono was accurate.. they told me sept 21 and gave birth on sept 22.

Mine was off by three whole weeks, but we attributed that to a very stressful July knocking my cycle for a loop.

Mine was off by 4 days because using LMP taking into account that you had a 28 day cycle. My cycles were short (24 days) so when I got the sono it bumped my due date up 4 days.
