oh the heartburn!
it's finally hit and full force!
I am not sure what I ate today that triggered it this bad. (might have been the entire bag of sour patch kids I ate )

I have it really bad...all day everyday. It s*cks!!! I live on Tums and I just bought Zantac last night...haven't used it yet though. My doc said I need to eat a tiny amount of food at each sitting.

Re: oh the heartburn!
I was dx with Acid relux a while ago, but rarely actually have the burning. I have a rx I am supposed to take 2x a day too, but try not to since getting pregnant (even though they say it's safe, I prefer to not unless I feel something) But this is horrible and even after taking the med.
ETA: I was planning to make tacos tonight too. I don't know if that's a good idea anymore.

I totally feel your pain. It is terrible. Tums does help somewhat, I found Rolaid soft chews work a little better & taste better too. I hate the chalkiness of the Tums.

Re: oh the heartburn!
TUMS are wonderful. I find the regular ones make me a bit sick to my stomach sometimes. I think it's the chalky consistency but the smooth disolve are great. Feel better!
