do you remember what was the first item that you bought or sold that got you totally hooked on ebay??
bought: DH wanted a pair of work boots, so bid on those and won
sold: perfume gift set that i got from one of my doctors at work. it was a popular scent and had gotten so many bids! after it sold, i started searching my apartment for more stuff to sell and now i'm hooked

a movado...i still have, but don't wear it much. I got years of use out if it though!
i still haven't sold anything on ebay...but i've used half.com for selling textbooks

But I think the first thing I sold was a cell phone.
And I think the first thing I bought was a Lady and The Tramp Snow Globe.

The first thing I bought was either my headpiece or cake topper for the wedding.
The first thing I sold was probably some scrapbooking stuff.

Yep...I was really into Daniel Swarovski mesh pieces.  The bracelet on the right was my 1st purchase:

I'm not a big seller, but the 1st item I sold was a RIO EMPEG (one of the first in-dash MP3 players):
