What is a "Sell Bonus"?
Is that like a seller's concession?
Just curious...new terminology to me!

not sure... but i know a lot of sellers now are offering bonuses to buyers who buy the house, because its such a tough market. things like $$ towards the closing costs, or even paying the closing costs for the buyer, etc... maybe thats what it means??
