Ok, of of my policyholders called me so upset over his car claim. Said he's so upset that he's almost suicidal Ok, should I be calling a helpline!?!?!?!?! Sad to know an auto claim would have you feeling suicidal  Then told me NOT to leave a message at the number he gave me because it's his landlord's phone and she 's a real B!tch! What the........
Vent over...carry on!
