anyone been to bombay lately?
im curious if the % off went up since the weekend???? it was 20% off when i was there on saturday night

I went yesterday in Huntington and most was still 20% off, only a few things were 40% (Mostly Halloween stuff).
I did not buy anything, just felt even at 20% was not worth it because I know things are going to be cut in half in the next week or 2. I heard the saleswoman say, they have to clean out all the Warehouses and sell everything in the stores because they stopped on-line sales, so I am sure the sales are going to get much more attractive soon.

Yes, and like the last post...felt that 20% was not enough discount for me.
I did see something I liked/wanted....but still very pricey!

We went on Sat. & it was 20-40% off in Huntington. DH & I did order a set of snack trays. I liked the shape & color of them & my luck I wouldn't be able to get them later at a lower price.

see this is exactly what i thought....i saw that the online was gone so i knew that probably had a lot that they are going to have to get rid of ....ok well that makes me feel better that im waiting to buy i hope it starts to come down again by this weekend

i was told by one bombay store manager that they do not expect the discount to go much lower. after the new year, they will ship out whatever they have leftover to their stores in canada.

I agree with all of the posts...the discounts didn't seem big enough for a place that is going out of business. I saw a table that I got on sale that was cheaper during the sale than it was this weekend!

not sure!
but i will tell you, things are going pretty fast. i was hoping to hold out on buying this nightstand, but they only had 45 left in the warehouse, so i just bit the bullet and ordered it. now, they don't have any left except for dinged up floor samples.

I was at the Riverhead outlet today and all I can say is the sale 20-40% doesn't matter!!!
The store was about 1/2 way cleaned out. I bought all the things that I always had my eye on that they had left. People were walking out with assembled benches, chairs and other furniture. They arent going to have anything left to go have any further discount than 20-40%.
