I would report to HR and call the cops!
at my last job, someone's wallet and Rolex got stolen from the gym locker (we had a gym at work). the police were called and everyone who was at the gym was questioned - you have to swipe your badge to get in the gym.
they got the thief and he was fired! 
I wish I could...I work for a very small company and although I told the owner, it's going to be really hard to catch the person. Unless, I recognize the person on the videotapes at the store...which is what I am hoping for.
Meanwhile, they drained my entire checking account in 15 minutes.

you need to file a police report ASAP!! they will do the investigative research

Already filed a police report - sent it to the bank.
I'm not responsible for the credit card charges, but the debit card charges I have to dispute, send the police report, etc. before they will credit my account back the $$$$.
