yes u can use:
prep H
tucks pads
also do sitz baths
try drinking a little more apple juice (will help loosen stool)
make sure to keep area very very clean....
As someone who is suffering (mine are internal) i totally understand & empathize!!!!!

my doc was okay with PrepH (external only, no supp) and witch hazel on cotton balls.
the warm sitz bath will be your best friend!!!

They sell the preparation H wipes to use instead of toilet paper, they are helpful too!!

Tucks is the cure and witch hazel. If you do this about 3 or 4 times a day it will be gone within a few days.
