ATTEND A SEMINAR AND LEARN:

1. How a New Proprietary Process Involving Genetic Testing of Embryos Can Virtually DOUBLE IVF Success Per EMBRYO Transferred

Staggered IVF (St-IVF) is a new process of separating an IVF cycle into two segments so as to allow for the identification of "competent" embryos (i.e. those most capable of making healthy babies), by using a genetic test known as Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH), and thereupon selecting such embryos for transfer in a future cycle. Using CGH, SIRM physicians are now able to identify the most competent embryos and achieve an ongoing pregnancy rate of about 60%per embryo transferred (i.e. more than double the national average). What's more, St-IVF with CGH could substantially reduce the risk of miscarriages, triplet births and chromosomal birth defects such as Down's syndrome.

2. How You Can Freeze and Store Your Eggs for the Future - And How SIRM's New Process for Egg Freezing/Banking is Far More Effective than Ever Before.

If you're concerned about your biological clock and want to have a baby in the future, but aren't ready right now, this is exciting news. Until now, the reported probability that a frozen egg would survive the thaw and ultimately make a baby was less than 5% per egg. But through the use of CGH testing to select only chromosomally normal eggs for freezing by a method called Vitrification, physicians can now improve this statistic by about 8 times. This proprietary process has allowed SIRM researchers to increase the birth rate for women transferring 2 embryos from frozen eggs to around 60%!

3.How SIRM's Individualized Protocols for Ovarian Stimulation can Optimize the Yield and Quality of Eggs and Embryos

Women respond differently to the same hormonal stimulation at different times of their lives. The tendency to use a "cookie cutter" or "one size fits all" approach to stimulation with fertility drugs is one of the main causes of "poor embryo quality" and failed IVF. SIRM has always advocated an individualized approach to ovarian stimulation - one that is based on the clinical and demographic characteristics of each patient.

It was SIRM doctors that more than 15 years ago first introduced a process known as "coasting" that prevents severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
It was SIRM doctors that introduced the now widely used agonist/antagonist conversion protocol (A/ACP)
It was SIRM that developed Estrogen Priming for preparing "poor responders."
and NOW once again:

SIRM has developed a novel protocol of ovarian stimulation called the Step-Up Trigger (SUT) protocol that promises to greatly enhance both egg production and embryo quality in women who are "high responders" to fertility drugs (e.g. women with polycystic ovarian syndrome) as well as women who are considered "poor responders" as a result of age and/or diminished ovarian reserve are.
4. How Selective Treatment of Immunologic Factors Can Treat Recurrent Miscarriages and Improve IVF Pregnancy RAtes.

If you're interested in learning more about CGH/Staggered IVF, Egg Freezing, individualized protocols, and how treatment of immunologic implantation dysfunction can improve your chance of having a baby, you can't afford to miss these seminars. The SIRM physicians will explain all these advances, then take your questions and speak with you one-on-one.
