Is it true that lets say 7 years ago (less than 10 years) if you were in an accident and sued the other person's insurance settled for way less than you should have recieved and now you suffer from those injuries even moreso. Can you reopen this case to get more $$$$.

I heard someone say this recently and I can't see how it makes sense if you already SETTLED. Chat Icon
