Is it a myth when they say
if your having a craving don't touch your face?
I've been craving pizza since this morning and I just touched my face and now I keep thinking my baby will have a birth mark.
Is this true or a myth?

I have heard that if you don't satisfy a craving, wherever you touch yourself you will get a strawberry birthmark.....
sounds like a myth,.

a-ha, this must be why my son has a birthmark on his knee!! JK, I'm sure it's a myth. I heard so many crazy ones when I was preggo. Don't drive yourself nuts over it!

when my mom was prego with me back in Poland....she saw a mouse and jumped on the table and touched her hand......and guess what i have a birth mark of a shape of mouse feet.....it is about an inch long.......

 It's a myth. The full blown Italian version is touch your arse when you get a craving that you don't satisfy b/c the birthmark will be in the shape of the food you didn't eat and you don't want people to see it.
This myth was brought to my attention by a co-worker whose off the boat Italian grandmother said it to her for both her pregnancies.
