Building My Own Webpage
We have a rental cottage on a lake upstate. I want to make a website where people can come look and see what it is (advertising). How/Where do I start???

Re: Building My Own Webpage
Unless you are going to buy keywords, or optimize the site through metatags, no one will find your site. Can you just advertise on a rental site to start off?
ETA: I just checked my email and an ad for this site was at the bottom on an email - >http://www.peoplepc.com

Re: Building My Own Webpage
I use 1&1.com to host my more inexpensive sites that only have a few pages- they have templates that you can use, or you can use whatever program you have to design a stie- golive, dreamweaver, frontpage, etc
