Lanolin & BF'ing?
I am finally packing my hospital bag and I noticed on a few lists that lanolin was suggested for BFing moms. What is this for?

Your nipples as they can become cracked and sore when you first start bfing or if the latch isn't right. It helps to relieve the pain and is safe for bfing.
