Best Buy Part 2.

So yesterday I was at my friends house when a service tech called and confirm his appointment and that he should be at her place in 30 minutes to look at her washing machine. 10 minutes later some guy called saying my friends number was on his caller ID and he asked her if she needed any kind of appliances worked on. She told him yes I do and Best Buy is sending out someone today and he asked for her address information etc. she said I don't know you and Best Buy is taking care of the appointment for me and I don't want to give out my information to some stranger. This guy all of a sudden told her to F-OFF etc and hung up. She looked on her called ID and notice the number was the same number as the service tech that called earlier to confirm his appointment. So when he showed up she called him on it and said you called me and told me to F-OFF and all and he said I didn't say that and danced all the way down her driveway to his car and left. That guy was really wired And she called BB to tell them what just happened and they didn't seem to really care

That's awful! She should call their customer service line and complain about the service!
