Attorney reccomendations..looking to incorporate

DH and I are starting a busines and are in need of legal counsel. Specifically with regards to incorporating ourselves.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I didn't use an attorney to inc my DH's business. I filled out the form online, faxed it in and BAM he was INC'd. I did however have our acct. fill out all the paperwork to get him cool with the IRS.

You can Inc yourself with an Accountant. There are forms that need to be filled out with IRS most attorney's don't complete those.

you can do an LLC very easily -no lawyer needed!

Depending on what type of business you are starting...I would highly recommend using legal counsel. The liability issues can be serious and sometimes cookie cutter forms or just DBA is not enough.

ITA.

You will also want a good lawyer to discuss with you the pros and cons to each type of business organization for which your company might be eligible. That advice can save you huge headaches (and $$) down the road.

I'm sorry I don't have a recommendation to extend to you. If I hear of anyone who does that work, I will pass along the information.
