Definitely don't smoke pot- that always makes me sleepy.

Re: baby moving?
I drank OJ in the car on my way to the sono. The baby was very cooperative! Not a shy one at all!

Re: baby moving?
I second OJ - every time I drink it I can feel my baby going crazy in there.

Ditto!! I was drinking my OJ up until they called me in. That always makes her move!

Re: baby moving?
I had a little bit of OJ before my Level II and apparently the baby was moving too much for the tech. she just wanted it to sit still for a few minutes so she could get some pics.
A friend of mine is an OB and she actually said there is nothing that proves OJ gets the baby moving, but that they will give it to her patients if they want the baby to move too. I also read online that ice cold water makes the baby move, and from my own experience, that works also.
