IVF vs Insemination
I just got back from the Dr and my beta is a 27. I have to go Wed for the 2nd blood test. I have gone through 2 cycles of IVF both failed. Now I did an insemination last month and it worked but it didn't stick and I went right into another this month and so far it took also. I am 42 years old and have been ttc for 2 1/2 years. I cant believe this is working. I have never conceived ever before. My Dr says its a good sign. I am curious has anyone ever gone through this? My Dr says I just have to wait for a good cycle to come and it will hit as long as I am producing eggs. Thanks for any feedback

Yes I did day 5 femara with follistim...I had 2 good eggs 20cm then I did a trigger shot followed by 2 days of insemination. The first day my husbands sperm count was horrible. The second day it was so much better. I have been down this road before and the numbers never doubled. So I am not that excited. But the fact that I conceived in the first place is a miracle. 2 months in a row. I am so nervous. I cant stand myself. I am also taking baby asprin every day this time. I have never done that.
