Ever been so overly tired that you just CANT sleep?
I hate that feeling and i'm having it right now! like i can feel my body is exhausted and my eyes are so tired but i just cant relax and sleep!!!!
quick...how do i unwind and go to bed???? i just want to

Yes I have experienced it - and interestingly this yoga pose works for me as well. Also it helps if I put on some relaxing music.

reading or tv. Just put on a dvd of sex in the city or something you've seen before that you can just relax and enjoy.

.....and ive jinxed myself by responding...because im usually aslep about 1 to 2 hours ago, and here i am. i was tossing and turning. so now im hoping my eyes will get tired looking at this screen i just turned back on!
