? about Stress
Does stress ever present itself on your body in weird ways.
I have noticed that I get pain in the strangest places or an itch somewhere for no reason.

Definately!!!!!!!!! If I am really stressed it can trigger a sever allergic reaction to certain food additives! I've swelled up like a balloon from hives from this very thing! Also the fact it makes my muscles so tense it wreaks havoc on my neck and back, plus I can get a migraine

I have chest pain from stress.
Started in 2004, went to the ER and they thought I was having a heart attack (at 26).
but it is completely muscular and stress related...it came back with a vengeance when my Dad was sick last year and has been lingering ever since...
Apparently my life cracks my cardiologist up...but as long as I ain't dying I learned to live with it.

I entertain my gastroenterologist..he thinks I'm hysterical. He and my GP yuck it up about me.
Ok, I'm the one suffering here...glad you think it's so funny.

My eye twitches if I'm really tired/stressed. I also cough a lot because I have a nervous cough. Oh an the best one is heartburn. I had it 3 days straight leading up to my wedding. I think that different people are affected in different ways. But I definitely think your body is affected especially since when we are stressed we tend to forget to take care of ourselves. KWIM?

Absolutely!!!!!!!!!!! migranes, body aches and pains where there never were before, loss of appetite or overeating, stomach aches, etc. all are normal in a stressful situation.

Definitely. Pretty bad chest pains. Took a few trips to the dr before realized it was related to stress. And loss of appetite.
My poor sister gets red blotches all over her face and body. You should have seen her wedding pictures! Almost all the pics in her album are from a distance so you can't notice them too much.

I have fibromyalgia so stress effetcs my body in a lot of ways, fatigue, muscle pain, stomach problems, insomnia, etc.
Stress is soooo bad for your body

YES!! and it scares me so much that I then stress about the pain caused by stress. My body reacts usually after I calm down or stop thinking about it which makes it even worse bc I then dont belive it was caused by stress...(does that make anysense?)
anything from hives to pains in my fingers, tingles all over... headache, the runs, etc...
