Hell insomnia friend! I would stick with Tums, I don't know what else works for heartburn. Feel better!

I took a Pepcid about an hour before I went to bed and actually made it through the night! I hope you are feeling better.

the further along i get the worse the heartburn gets, even though my belly has dropped a bit. it HURTS

Mine is back in full force and wakes me up a few times a night. It's so annoying.  Sometimes I take a Zantac (dr approved it) before bed. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt!

Dr. approved Pepcid for me. I try to take only one a night but sometimes I get up a few hours later and take another one.

milk always helps me when i have heartburn.. im not pregnant, but i do get it once in a while. hope you feel better!!!

My heartburn and reflux have been SOOOOO bad the last few nights. The other night I thought I was going to be sick. I took Zantac, but it didn't work that great. I just try to sleep propped up, which helps a little bit.
