When/where are you going apple picking ?
Pumpkin picking?
eta: We use to go to Masker Orchards when we were little. Wonder how it is now.

We go to Maskers every year. I love it but I will say there are quite a few places you cannot go with a regular car. We have pulled a few people out of the mud when we go. The owner is very cool about it when we do & usually hooks us up a bit.
We go twice, end of September (this weekend) and the end of october.

Does anyone have an website for any of these places?? DH and I are going this Sunday....we tried last Sunday and just drove for 45 min found nothing and drove back home 
I need directions!! Thanks!!

I go to Maskers but I only go during the week, since it tends to get crowded ni season on the weekends.
I also like Lawrence Farms for apples but also for picking peaches, strawberries, all types of Veg and they have a little village for the kids to play in.
Another one is Applewood Orchards and Winery

I would recommend going to Barton Orchard instead. I've been there years ago and it's very nice with a store where you can buy awesome apple treats and cider!!

Were there less varieties than their ripening schedule? Its approximate of course, but orchards with so many varieties have a staggered harvest schedule. Its still early in the season.

We always go to the Milk Pail in South Hampton. Duck Walk Vineyards is practically across the street so it makes for a nice day!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I can't wait now I am so confused as to where we should go..looks like we are going to have to go next week..DH has over time and it STINKS!
