So mad at Old Navy right now!
They were having a maternity and baby sale that ended yesterday, 50% off.
I got my favorite pants in another color a few tops and some baby stuff for a friend. Got free shipping too! I went thorough the whole purchasing process.
Then I washed a cami last night and it came out with PURPLE sploches on it!!! So when I went to call them today I see my order is still open, the pants and a top are not available and taken out of my cart, and everything is full price!!! 
When I called to tell her about the cart and the stained cami, she put me on hold and said there was nothing she could do but give me 10% off.
Ummmmmmm, yesterday everything was 50% OFF!!!!!!
Great customer service. 
AND I have to send the cami back or bring it to a store for a credit. But I want another cami!!!!!!

I don't think an actual store will be reasonable, only bc they usually say-online is online, the store is different. BUT you might find stuff on sale at a store.
If it makes you feel any better, I ordered from their sale, and the day later, (the third time this happened with them) my cc # was stolen and had to be cancelled. And I am pretty sure it is someone online with them bc it always happens when I order online from them. I just didn't put 2 and 2 together until this time.

I usually have no problems with Old Navy. But I had my cart FULL and went to order this morning and it was $200 more than yesterday (I guess thats when the sale ended).
I'm sorry you had a problems with them.
