BC question
My pills have 24 active days and 4 sugar pills. I want to skip AF this month by continuing the active pills. I'm confused what would happen next month though....My last active pill is on sunday and usually I start again on Friday. If I started my new pack on Monday (to skip the sugar pills) the new pack will finish on a wednesday. Do I start the pack after that on my regular Friday? Sorry if this is confusing....let me know if I need to clarify

what pill are you on ?
how many days after you stop taking your pill do u get your period?
me for example i am a sunday starter get my period 3 days after i stop taking the pill and then start my next pack that sunday. so if i want to miss a period i keep taking my pill till that pack is done and then will egt perios 3 days after i stop taking it

I agree check with your doctor. I tried once to skip my period by skipping the sugarpills and starting a new pack and it didnt work. My period was actually worse.

loestrin 24....i've done it before but when i was on ortho tricyclin with a week of sugar pills. i get my period about 2 days after stopping but the difference with this pill is that i have 24 active days and 4 sugar pills.

you just skip your sugar pills, start a new pack then when you get to your normal sugar pills you take them as normal.

i was on loestrin 24 before my wedding and skipped the sugar pills one time to "move" my period. it changes your start date for the next pack. meaning, if you were a Sun starter, then you will be a Wed starter. I asked my doctor before I did it and she said it was fine. Buy you may want to ask anyway.
ETA: to answer your original question, do not skip ANY days. start the new pack right away.
