hmmmmm... depends how bad did she mess it up??? and how unhappy were you and did she give you a hard time and did you tip her last time? its a sticky situation.

I wouldn't. A tip is a thank you for job well done. I am assuming you already tiped her the first time and now have to take th etime out of yoru schedule to go back so that she fixes her mistakes.

If you didn't tip her the first time it would have been appropritate to tip her now but no, I wouldn't tip the second time because you were forsed to go back to the salon to have her mistakes corrected.

I'd like to say no don't tip her, but I think if I were in your shoes I would at least attempt to tip her.

I suppose you don't really have to since she messed it up to begin with.
