We signed our portion of the contract last night! I am excited. That was the hardest downpayment check I ever had to write!

soooooooooo happy for u, Jill! we're still palaying the waiting game but it should be within the week 
so now did u give them the WHOLE down payment or did u just give them part of it? my mortgage broker said that we could just give a part of it and then at closing u give the rest?
