nursing nightgowns
Do you ladies have any suggestions where to find cute ones (not big on all the florals) relatively inexpensive. The ones I have been seeing are
Do I really need a "nursing" gown or will another serve the same purpose?

Re: nursing nightgowns
oops sorry, should have been more specific. Actually for both. I'm due in January and was looking for something not too short but nothing I will obviously trip over either.

Re: nursing nightgowns
i dont have any nursing nightgowns...but I find that button down shirts work well - like pajama sets with the tops that button down, might be warmer for winter too. (I have a few flannel sets)

Re: nursing nightgowns
I don't have a nursing nightgown, instead I use camisole type cotton night gowns that I got over the summer at target.
however there are some awesome ones at motherwear.com that I had planned on ordering, just never got around to it!

I didn't use the one I bought. I am going to return it. I got some regular nightgowns and PJ's that button down the front and honestly most of the time I just lift my shirt up.

Re: nursing nightgowns
I have 3 pretty expensive nursing nightgowns from motherwear and I never wore them.
At the hospital I didn't want to get them bloody and when I came home I was always in nursing tanks. IMO they are a waste

Re: nursing nightgowns
Thanks for all the good info ladies. I think I will look for a regular button down gown.
