Directions help to Laguardia
I'm leaving from work (Great Neck). I take the LIE to the Cross Island to the Grand Central and the airport's right there. Is that right? Do I have to go north or south on the the Cross Island or the Grand Central?
Sorry this is my second time to LGA and I have no clue!

You can go either way on the CIP...
CIP North to Whitestone expressway to the Grand Central West
or
CIP South to Grand Central West
Once you are on the Grand Central you will pass Shea Stadium and you will see the airport..its right there!

Anyone know how the traffic will be? I have to be there at 6:30. Flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours

I would leave by 6:00...
good point about the game - there will be traffic around Shea also..with the rain - people cannot drive!!
