We don't have to pay for cable for 4 months!
DH called them last month inquiring about some charges that they were charging us for almost 2 years. We sucked up the charges to it being expensive and all but we were not thrilled about the bill every month. Well, aparently, they were double chargning us for something and rectified it by giving us a credit for $450!  That rocked! 
Seriously, it's the secret. Put it out there...what you need, you will get!

They were for the premium channels. We were getting the charges in our package AND paying for them on top of the package. It was double billing I guess.
