If you showed DH something for the house
and he said "It's alright, I won't vomit if I saw it everyday." would you still get it?

depends on his personality. if he's generally ambivalent of all home decor, that could be the best vote of confidence you could get.... if he generally does have an opinion, and he's responded more positively to other purchases, then, nope, I'd keep looking...
my husband generally doesn't care about some things (ex. china), so I'd get a shoulder shug when picking that out.... but he has and uses his veto rights when it comes to furniture and rugs....

this is my husband to a T. Whenever I ask his opinion about something, he always says and I quote "why are you asking me?" In a lot of ways it makes life easier.

It's not that exciting, and I know it's definately not going to be everyone's taste, but I like to be different. I wanted a new number sign for the house, but I didn't want the same ones everyone else on the block has been getting lately, so I've been searching for months. I really liked ths one, so I ordered it in white with gold numbers.
