Rubbing gold on your eye.....
So I have a momma stye in my right eye and it was horrible and swollen this morning. One of my clients today told me that I should rub my gold wedding ring on my eye...and guess what...my stye has almost gone away!!!
Has anyone else ever heard of this???? How strange is this!!!

Never heard of this - but I heard of rubbing something else on your eye to get rid of a stye... urine!

I've never heard any of these, but I get styes about once a year and would rub ANYTHING on them to get them to go away.
Don't know where I'd get the breastmilk though, that would be kind of awkward...

Yeah, I can picture it now..... Yeah, um, excuse me, can I have some of your um breast milk. Yeah, I said breast milk. It's for an eye problem. Yeah, I want to squirt your breast milk in my eye. Yup. Kick me in the groin. That will not help the eye though.

Yup, my Mum told me that one, also soaking your feet in Urine if you have chilblains and rubbing raw beef on plantair warts makes them go!
