Probably an ignorant quest. regarding clomid

I tried to do a search but couldn't find the answer...

I took my 5 days of the 50mgs of clomid day 5 to 9...I've been using an OPK since day 9 (I ALWAYS have gotten a positive by day 11)....today is day 12 and still no positive...would the clomid be affecting that?
Is it possible I ovulated even earlier than CD 9 or is the clomid making it coming later than my usual?

Did this happen to anyone or am I just nuts??

Clomid can delay ovulation.. last month I did not ovulate until day 24 or so, but I do not normally ovulate on my own.

I would wait a few days and see what happens.

wait a few days and see what happens. Last month I got my +OPK on CD15, and this month I didn't get it until today (CD19)

When I was on Clomid, I typically ovulated around day 14-16. It did change my cycle.
good luck!

Thanks for everyone who answered...I was feeling better about this last night but then this morning I did my OPK as usual and whereas I was getting a faint line the previous days, today I got NO line at all (in comparison to the test line).

Usually the lines start out faint and get darker as I get closer to O date...so I'm wondering if I did O early and missed it by starting to test on CD9.

I'm going to test this weekend and then if I don't get a positive on the OPK, I'm going to call the doctor on Tuesday...although I have an odd feeling that AF is going to show up this month.

When I took clomid I used to O around cd 19 or 20. Before clomid I don't think I was even O'ing.
