Maybe it's time you told him how his sons are behaving.
I have. And, here, you have the source of the problem. The reason why they are the way they are is because my parents, their whole lives, have made excuses for them. They would never dare admit that their sons are shi!ts. In their eyes, they can do no wrong. Only now is my mother starting to see the light, and I know my father is because he told me how devastated he was after his surgery that my one brother never called. But that's the extent of their acknowledgement of the problem.

You need to have the wills changed.
Never gonna happen. And they stand to inherit quite a lot of money. When they DO inherit it, I'm going to tell both of them that if they had a conscious, they would donate at least half to the American Diabetes Association.
 
Once he's settled in his new home, perhaps it's time for a little sit down discussion with dear ol' dad about his son's behavior..

No. I was always held to a different standard than my brothers. I hated it then, but I'm thankful now for it.

Beth, this was a LOOOOONG time coming...and you were still mature about it. I would have to him to kiss some things, go do some things to himself, etc.
I am sorry that you are being treated this way, it's horrible. But karma IS something I believe and they are clearly flipping her off.
Even if it does nothing, you should STILL sit down with Dad and tell him what is going on...they hold you to a higher standard for a reason
