Do you fight your own battles...
or do you have DH/DW/SO fight them for you, not fight them at all, or something else?

I usually do. But, when it comes to my family, DH has told me on numerous occasions that I don't fight hard enough - which I'm starting to see is true, and that's why I'm being much more honest in my communication with my family these days.
Usually, he steps back and let's me handle my own battles, though adds commentary on the sideline to me 
Yesterday, he stepped up to the plate and got involved in an argument and defended me. But, that was the first time anything like that ever happened.

I actually do the fighting for DH in addition to my own fights.  He's not one to argue with health insurance when bills are wrong, etc., so I'm always the one doing the calling and screaming.
I do let him handle his own family. I won't touch that.

Absolutely! I don't back down from any one. I won't be confrontational, but, if you feel the need to bring an argument to me, the game is on. I don't need any one to speak for me. I'm, perfectly, capable of doing it myself.

I fight my own battles. My DH knows that I can handle myself pretty well and he will keep back unless he feels as that I may get hurt.

My own personal battles- hell yeah!
Battles that involve both of us (apartment issues or companies- we both fight or take turns. DH is more forceful, but I'm better at getting us free stuff.
