Are BFNs always this hard?
Just throwing myself a pitty party, I tested this morning and bfn..AF was due yesterday, but who knows when shes really going to be here. I feel like she will be here any minute. I really thought I was prepared for it to be negative, but then I found myself sitting on the couch with the kitchen timer in my hand crying and chanting " please be positive, please be positive"
does it ever get easier?

No...It doesnt, untill you get the BFP.
So cry and get it out. It will fade ( the pain), the intial shock of the BFN is the hardest...
pity parties are allowed...

like Donna said, it doesnt get better till you get that BFP.....I cried everytime, and it is ok to let it out

I can't even tell you how many times I've done this and it never gets easy.
Some times are worse than others, but they are all bad.
So go ahead and have that pity party...I'll be praying for your next one to be a BFP...

They are hard. To me they feel like sucker punches that punctuate what my heart already knows. Once I get it, I have my cry and try my best to move on quickly to the next cycle putting it behind as fast as I can. I am so sorry.

I'm with you even though i didn't get a BFN i got AF instead! everytime i think i am fine, something makes me cry for no reason. nothing else we can do but look forward to next cycle.

I'm sorry..yes, BFNs will always be hard because you will always have that hope hanging out there that you'll see those two little pink lines.
I'm sorry you're going through this. Don't give up!
