What could this be?
About a year ago, I broke out in a rash on the inside of my both arms. It was gross. It looked like chicken pox but I had that when I was 16. It was only on my arms and a tiny bit on my face. It lasted about a week then went away, then came back about a month later and went away.
Every now and then, I get the oddest senstation, like under my skin is itchy  and it's about to come out again....
Is that possible? That I have some sort of weird thing that can come back?
The post on shingles made me think about it and as I am typing this my arms are itchy....

It could psooibly stress related. WHen I have stress going on I get this. I think it's the stress combined with certain food I eat at the time.

quite possibly...that's what i was thinking too....bc it can re-occur.
Any exczema sufferers out there?

I had a problem like that and I went to the dermatologist and got cream and have not had any problems since. I suggest you see your dr.
