Jet Blue Rave

So we are going to Texas in a few weeks to see family. I buy tickets $800 later. DH wants to check out Charlotte on the way home ( I have family there) so ok, I call and switch tickets. It ends up costing anothe $500 in tickets and fees, so I book it and change them. I IM Dh and he flips, because now its $1300 almost just in tickets and we did nothing. So he wants to cancel the Charlotte trip...ok. I call and the nicest woman in the world Margo helps me. She changes everything back to normal and refunds ALL the $500 in fees for a "one time" shot. Well needless to say DH was thrilled and so was I. I even wrote Jet Blue a letter to express my thanks. I was happy to a) get a real person, and b) have that person go out of her way to help. There still are some nice peeps floating around.

That's so nice to hear. DH had a similar nice lady with Southwest recently. I screwed up our tickets somehow and booked DH on the wrong day. I didn't realize it until that week and it would have cost big bucks to fix it, but he callled & sweet talked a nice understanding lady who charged us much less. It is so nice when we come across nice people. it seems so rare these days.
