I have been eating like a PIG lately.
I have an appetite for destruction. and it is becoming VISIBLE. b/c of course, my gym going has not kept in step with my food intake.
today so far I've had
a banana
a croissant
yogurt with protein cereal
grilled chicken salad
and of course I want something else now! I NEVER eat like this in the summer.
and I still haven't eaten dinner.
anyone else have an insatiabe appetite lately?

Thats not really much and everything was healthy except for the croissant. All trhat buttery goodness goes straight to the hips!

i think eating small things throughout the day is not bad...especially since the stuff you are eating is pretty healthy. Except the croissant of course

Maybe you're appetite is changing, or maybe you have a little croissant in your proverbial oven!

if I was in your boat, I shudder to think of how much I would eat.
I usually eat just ONE of those things for breakfast. (and maybe a banana) so it's a lot for me. especially since I tend to eat more at night....
