Kings Park
I just started house-hunting...and I'm finding when I ask people about certain neighborhoods, I always get 'great neighborhood, but there are certain areas you should avoided'.
That being said, are there any areas of Kings Park that should be avoided?
THANKS!

Re: Kings Park
No, no areas to avoid but some people think that the boogeyman still lives at the site of the old psych hospital.

Re: Kings Park
We've looked in Kings Park too and the only thing I would tell you to consider is how close to the water you would be and if you might need flood insurance.
Good luck, there are a lot of really nice homes up there!

I grew up in KP and there are no areas to avoid. The San Remo section is a little older and very hilly. Other then that it is a wonderful town with an excellent school district.
