Please don't laugh at me..but
How do you make coffee??
I don't drink it, but have to make it tomorrow. My aunt is coming over to see my new place at 8:30 in the morning tomorrow and she wants coffee!!
How much water? How many scoops of coffee??

do you have a automatic coffee maker? it all depends on how many people will be drinking coffee! if its only 8 cups of coffee you are going to make than fill the coffee pot up to the 8 . than a tablespoon is equal to 2cups so if you are going to make 2 tablespoon of coffee grinds but id you have the plastic coffee measuring cup fill it up 4 times that will equal to 8 cups of coffee.

..the other way around
1 scoop coffee, for every 2 cups water.

I have been taught to do one scoop of coffee to one cup of water---that is how I drink it every morning!!!! But I love coffee so maybe I like it a little stronger than most :)

Dont feel bad. DH and I are not coffee drinkers, therefore, we dont make it.
When company comes, DH will jump in and do it, but we dont on a daily basis.

If I make a full pot of coffee (10 cups) I usually put 5 scoops of coffee (a tablespoon size). I like strong coffee and my coffee usually has a pretty good flavor.
So, I agree with the 1 scoop of coffee for every 2 cups of water.

this is too funny...i have been on the quest to make the "perfect" cup of coffee..
I drink it every day and can never seem to have it taste the way other people make it. I've gone through 3 coffee makers thinking it was the machine, and not me
So...about 2 weeks ago, i took a poll from a bunch of people to see how they made their coffee. (this was at a wedding and i was a little tipsy) haha..
so for the past 2 weeks i've actually had some pretty good coffee!
