On budget-$138/month-not sure the rate though and I pay 12 months out of the year.

Morania Oil, have the budget plan and this year it was $178 a month- but that includes all services and cleanings.
ETA: We have a California Ranch (3br 1Lr EIK) so its relatively small.

We have a ceiling rate with Petro Oil with a service contract that costs us $180/month.
