Britian's Youngest Brides
This clip below comes from Britian's ITV1 and their show "Britian's Youngest Brides." 18-year-old Catrina Nolan's wedding dress alone cost $12,000. It was 40-feet wide, weighed almost 250 pounds and made with satin, feathers, lace, 20 layers of underskirts and a bodice covered in Swarvoski crystals in a heart and star design. Catrina said she wanted a dress that nobody would forget.

OMG that was the gaudiest wedding i've ever seen!!!! whats with the 2 little girls wearing the skin tight belly shirts to a wedding??? better question...why was the bride sooooooooo tan????

I watched this programme! I have it on my V+ box!!!
Those dresses are really popular with Irish Travellers, they are like gypsys, they park their mobile homes anywhere they like, on private property and they can stake claim on the land (in a matter of speaking) and they send their kids to the local schools and a lot of people don't like them. The dress was UNBELIEVABLE and HYSTERICAL at the same time. I only watched half of the programme, I am going to watch the rest of it when I get a free moment (probably never...but I hope to watch it)

That was, hands' down, the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. She had to waddle instead of walking with that dress. The best was getting her into the limo. What a hoot!

They weren't dressed for a wedding.
They were going to a HALLOWEEN PARTY!
She's so tan, she looked like the Mary's neighbor on "Something about Mary". I was waiting to see her little dog come running from under that mess (I mean dress).

aside from what everyone has commented on ... which i agree with...
my question is, how wonderful of an affair could it have been if the guests really weren't paying attention to the ceremony? there was so much walking around and chatting during the ceremony!

i just played the video again, so dh could watch.
i did hear the narrator say (when finally in the limo) that a traveler bride must be sober.
dh thought it was just crazy
