even in the muck, there are moments of joy

so, life has been pretty sh!tty this year.

money is tight, things have been rocky with dh, and i'm getting NO love at work.

just as i'm feeling like i'm never going to want to get out bed... there is a small sparkle.

today, i made contact with an old friend. we had gone to school/grew up together. about 8 years ago, we lost touch. actually, i lost touch with all my childhood friends.

today, i talked to edith! when i heard her voice, it was as if i was still in jr high (in all the positive ways). although, it's made me a little homesick, i feel good right now.

Thats so nice when that happens. No lie , today I must have esp because there are so many topics and people that have posted things I've been thinking about! Thats great when you re connect like that
