Hmmmm...Have you tried the costume websites???
If worse comes to worse, maybe you could buy red pants/jeans, find a red jacket (like Members Only) at a thrift store & then use black duct tape for the design...
Don't forget the white socks & glove!!!!!

I tried costume websites, ebay, google, etc.
I even tried doing what you said and just buying a red outfit and using tape to make the black lines - but I can't find anything red that looks similar.
